Cumbernauld’s Original & Best Bootcamp Returns!

Back where it all started. In May 2011 we announced our first Bootcamp in Cumbernauld! The results we got our clients on our first Bootcamp gained a lot of attention and by June 2011 we had launched Bootcamps in multiple locations across Central Scotland. We successfully ran Bootcamps until 2015 when opened our Studio in Cumbernauld.

To celebrate our 7th Birthday we are bringing back our legendary outdoor Bootcamp!

The success of FoxFit is thanks to our Bootcampers. Without Bootcamp, I wouldn’t have been able to open our studio. The results my clients achieved wouldn’t have been noticed across the country, which gave me many opportunities including working with a number of fitness magazines, Radio Shows and working with ITV on “This Time Next Year”. To celebrate the beginning of our 8th year, I would like to revisit where it all started and provide new Bootcampers with the opportunity to participate in a low-cost programme designed by experienced personal trainers specifically to dramatically improve their fitness and burn fat fast!

At FoxFit we don’t believe in FADS or GIMMICKS! We believe in giving our clients the tools and confidence to achieve life-changing results. We can proudly say that we have never and will never sell out our clients to make a quick buck, we believe that our clients deserve nothing but honest training and nutrition. We work hard to create a team environment at every session that we deliver and when you join FoxFit you are not just attending “just another fitness class” you are joining TEAM FOXFIT!

What sort of results will you achieve with FoxFit?

It’s no secret that our clients achieve life-changing results, we have hundreds of testimonials and before & After photos on our facebook page… all from people JUST LIKE YOU! We will provide you with the tools to get the results you want, though the results are down to you,  you get out what you put in. I’m confident that if you have the motivation to join that you will have the motivation to work hard and be our next success story! By attending your training, following our nutrition advice and working as hard as you can you can expect to drop up to 3 jean sizes in 8 week period.

Who is Bootcamp for?

FoxFit Bootcamp is for males and females who want to Improve their fitness and Burn Fat. Bootcamp accommodates a variety of fitness levels, so don’t panic about where you are at just now, Though Bootcamp does contain a lot of running/jogging so as a minimum you must be able to jog for short intervals.  I once had an Olympic Athlete train alongside a group of new bootcampers, despite the difference in fitness levels every one had an effective workout because we design our works out in such a way that every fitness level will be challenged.

The Relaunch of Bootcamp!

To relaunch our Bootcamp we will be starting with an 8-week programme where we are looking for a committed group of people who want to be part of our new and improved Bootcamp from the beginning. If the 8 week Bootcamp is a success we will then offer a promotional monthly membership price for all the people who helped to make it a success.

What the future holds…

Once this Bootcamp is up and running we will work with the Bootcampers to continually improve the training. We are actively looking for new trainers to join our team to provide us with more flexibility in all the training we have to offer.
